JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for a Spa Therapist to join MEDINE GROUP | Tamarina Golf & Spa Boutique Hotel
The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering a wide range of professional spa treatments and wellness services to hotel guests while ensuring an exceptional and personalized guest experience. The role involves performing massages, body treatments, facials, and other spa therapies in accordance with established standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic treatment environment, and promoting spa products and services.
The Spa Therapist is expected to assess guests’ needs, provide appropriate treatment recommendations, ensure guest comfort and safety, and contribute to achieving the spa’s revenue and guest satisfaction objectives while upholding the hotel’s service standards and commitment to wellness.
Duties & Responsibilities
Operational Oversight
- Welcome guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Conduct guest consultations to determine treatment needs, preferences, and any contraindications.
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, and other wellness therapies, in accordance with hotel standards.
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, sanitized, fully stocked, and prepared before and after each guest.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety in compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
- Recommend and promote spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience and support revenue targets.
- Monitor guest comfort throughout treatments and respond promptly to any concerns.
- Maintain accurate guest treatment records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Assist in maintaining spa equipment and report any maintenance issues.
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels of treatment products and supplies.
- Work collaboratively with other spa and hotel team members to ensure seamless guest service.
- Participate in training sessions and maintain knowledge of new treatments, products, and industry trends.
- Comply with all hotel policies, procedures, and grooming standards.
CANDIDATE’S PROFILE :
Qualifications Required:
- Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of health, hygiene, and safety standards.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel or luxury spa environment.
