JOB SUMMARY :

We are looking for a Spa Manager to join MEDINE GROUP | Tamarina Golf & Spa Boutique Hotel.

As the Spa Manager, you will play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional experiences that embody the essence of
relaxation and wellness. Your leadership will ensure that our spa remains a sanctuary where guests can unwind
and rejuvenate, transforming each visit into an unforgettable journey of deep relaxation. In this role, you will
actively develop and implement innovative spa treatments, wellness programs, and customer engagement
initiatives.


Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Oversight

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
  • Develop and manage the spa’s budget, setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing strategies to increase profitability while maintaining service excellence.
  • Create and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing
    ones, utilizing social media marketing, special packages, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop long-term goals and business strategies for the spa, identifying growth and expansion opportunities while incorporating industry trends and innovations.


Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure the spa complies with all health regulations and safety standards, focusing on cleanliness, hygiene, and overall guest safety.


People Management

  • Hire, train, and manage spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and maintenance personnel, to maintain high-quality service standards and foster a positive work environment.
  • Create efficient work schedules for staff, ensuring adequate coverage to meet customer demand and optimize service delivery.
  • Implement ongoing training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge, ensuring that all team members are up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.


Guest Interaction & Satisfaction

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by actively addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues or
    concerns, promoting a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
  • Develop and implement action plans based on customer feedback and reviews, addressing areas for
    improvement and tracking progress over time.
  • Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction through feedback and assessments, making
    necessary adjustments to enhance the guest experience.


Inventory Management & Audits

  • Create and execute effective marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing
    ones, utilizing social media marketing, special packages, and strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to assess stock levels and identify slow-moving items, adjusting ordering
    practices accordingly to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Develop action plans for inventory management, including tracking usage rates, setting reorder points, and
    implementing a just-in-time ordering system to enhance efficiency.


Other Duties

  • Research, develop, and introduce new spa treatments and products, collaborating with suppliers and industry experts to enhance the service menu and maintain competitiveness in the market.
  • Prepare and present regular financial reports to management, including inventory costs, budget variances,
    and profitability analyses to inform decision-making.
  • Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor and management, demonstrating flexibility and a
    willingness to support the team.


CANDIDATE’S PROFILE :

Qualifications Required:

  • Diploma or Degree in Spa Management, Hospitality Management, or Wellness Management.
  • Professional certification in Beauty Therapy or Spa Therapy.

Experience Required:

  • 5–7 years of experience in the spa or wellness industry in management position.

    social media engagement.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities efficiently and
    effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and operational challenges swiftly and
    effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail, particularly in maintaining service quality, regulatory compliance, and inventory
    management.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and industry standards to drive innovation and
    enhance service offerings.
