Duties and Responsibilities:
- Drive and implement commercial strategies for the above segments, with the goal of meeting
monthly and yearly revenue budgets. - Provide monthly forecasts for the above segments revenue and adjust sales activity as
required. - Develop and increase each of the above segments, with the Sales Specialists and Sales
Executives. - Work and keep regular contacts with existing partners – Schools, DMCS, Corporates, and
Government and build relationships with new ones. - Drive brand and activities awareness by increasing points of sale through out-of-site channels
(trade fairs, activation events etc). - Carry out product training at partners and participate in roadshows and activations for pre-selling of packages and activities.
- Develop annual business plan with the commercial manager to achieve sales in line with
expense budget and corporate strategic objectives. - Establish personal contact with customers and regularly monitor the handling of large
accounts. - Through reporting, assess key accounts and experiences performance.
- Analyze profitability and stability of new and existing products.
- Propose new products in line with the business strategy and with current and forecasted
demand. - Supervise and coach team members on product knowledge and efficiency improvement.
- Optimize manpower through cross training and ensure proper development plan.
- Execute any other cognate duties as may be necessary as required by the employer.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Holder of Degree in marketing or sales.
- Possess at least 5 years’ experience in Sales or/and Handling corporate accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
- Business Acumen and Analytical skills.
- Driving license and car needed.
