Job summary
Responsible for ensuring a secure work environment by implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and providing training to staff. Collaborate with teams to minimize accidents, maintain compliance with regulations, and promote a culture of well-being. Proactively identify hazards and recommend improvements to enhance overall workplace safety.
Duties and Responsibilities
Incident
- Coordinate and ensure that all the incident is reported & recorded& investigated when necessary & actions are implemented to avoid reoccurrence
Inspection
- Ensure that monthly inspection report is done & reported systematically for the BU
Medical Surveillance
- Monitor & trigger the health surveillance program of the different BU and ensure completion & records keeping
Inspection of Machineries
- Monitor & trigger the machinery Inspection program of the different BU and ensure completion & records keeping
Qualifications
Certification & licenses
- Coordinate & trigger the process for all Fire Certificate & other license and follow up on the actions to be taken
Minimum experience and educational requirements
- 3 years of experience in Safety and Health Management
- BSC Degree Occupational Safety & Health Management
