Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various projects and overseeing
them to completion. - Write and design unique and well-crafted copy of projects that meet company’s vision and needs.
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and
financials. - Analyze profitability and stability of new and existing projects and measure ROI against budget
and revenue. - Assist in the creation of project documentation, including business process models.
- Ensure the successful and timely completion of assigned projects in conformity with the budget
and profit goals of the company. - Conduct feasibility studies and carry out project appraisals.
- Identify and promote new project proposals that meet development objectives and gain relevant
approval for appropriate projects. - Conduct business review, propose and implement improvement plans for business and operational
processes - Make suggestions to improve business development processes and help increase the number of
opportunities converted into company projects. - Prepare the annual business development plan, as well as prepare the annual work plan.
- Focus on driving new revenues, whilst managing costs, by effectively challenging and motivating
employees - Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned to you by Management
Candidate’s Profile:
- Hold at least a degree in Project Management or any other relevant field.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in similar job role.
- Demonstrated experience in new business development initiatives and activities.
- Sound financial acumen, strong presentation and communication skills and contemporary strategic
planning. - Demonstrated experience in researching and analyzing market information.
- Strong influencing skills to impact decisions
- Willingness to work according to flexible schedules to accommodate project deadlines.
