JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for a Manager – Park Development to join CASELA LTD.
Your role as Manager – Park Development is responsible for researching, conceptualising and evaluating new development projects. Manage, develop and co-ordinate a portfolio of strategic development projects in line with the strategic vision of the business.
Duties & Responsibilities
Compliance & Standards Management
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various projects and overseeing them to completion.
- Write and design unique and well-crafted copy of projects that meet company’s vision and needs.
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
- Analyze profitability and stability of new and existing projects and measure ROI against budget and revenue.
- Lead, implement and manage projects as per the Company’s strategic business plan and goals.
- Assist in the creation of project documentation, including business process models.
- Ensure the successful and timely completion of assigned projects in conformity with the budget and profit
goals of the company. - Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Conduct feasibility studies and carry out project appraisals.
- Identify and promote new project proposals that meet development objectives and gain relevant approval
for appropriate projects. - Develop negotiating strategies by studying integration of new venture with the company’s strategies and
operations. - Prepare the annual business development plan, as well as prepare the annual work plan.
- Define yearly targets and objectives (Budgeting).
- Focus on driving new revenues, whilst managing costs, by effectively challenging and motivating employees.
- Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned to you by Management.
CANDIDATE’S PROFILE :
Qualifications Required:
- Hold at least a degree in Project Management or any other relevant field.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in similar job role.

- Sound financial acumen, strong presentation and communication skills and contemporary strategic planning.
