JOB SUMMARY :

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join MEDINE GROUP | Casela Ltd

The Data Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic and operational decision-making. This role centralizes reporting, automates dashboards, and conducts advanced analysis to optimize performance, improve guest experience, and support financial, operational, and sustainability goals. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KPIs, provide predictive insights, and support ROI-focused initiatives.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Centralize and streamline reporting across all departments.
  • Design and automate dashboards to provide real-time operational and financial insights.
  • Analyze data from systems such as Symphony, POS, and IoT devices to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Provide predictive insights to improve guest experience, resource allocation, and performance.
  • Conduct ROI analysis and support KPI alignment across teams.
  • Perform financial and operational analysis (sales, costs, resource allocation, CAPEX/OPEX tracking).
  • Translate data findings into actionable insights with clear visualizations and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial tracking, sustainability initiatives, and performance monitoring.
  • Recommend process improvements based on data-driven findings.
  • Support guest experience initiatives by analyzing feedback, wait times, and satisfaction scores. 
  • Contribute to ongoing CAPEX/OPEX optimization and digital transformation projects. 
  • Support sustainability and performance goals through data-enabled solutions. 
  • Stay updated with industry tools, analytics best practices, and emerging data technologies. 


CANDIDATE’S PROFILE :

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

Experience Required:

  • 2–4 years’ proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard automation.


Key competences (Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes, Behaviours):

  • Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, and data integration.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and data.
