We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join Medine group I Medine Property

Job Summary

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Manager – Smart City in the role of ‘Administrateur’ of the ‘Association Foncière Mère Cascavelle Smart City’.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with a wide range of administrative, financial, and operational tasks to support the governance and management of the Smart City.
  • Maintain accurate records, facilitate communication among stakeholders, support financial management processes, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall success and development of the Cascavelle Smart City project.
  • Support the Manager in drafting correspondence and reports for the Association.
  • Help with invoicing and collection of funds from members.
  • Assist in ensuring the Association’s compliance with legal requirements.
  • Help maintain and update the Association’s statutes and internal regulations as needed.

Minimum experience requirements

  • Diploma in Business Management or in any other related field
  • Alternatively, a solid educational background accentuated with strong working experience in roles and/or activities similar in nature and/or complexity.

  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • An understanding of Syndic operations under “Le Code Civil Mauricien” would be an advantage
