JOB SUMMARY :
We are looking for a Park Ranger to join MEDINE GROUP | Casela Ltd
The Park Ranger is responsible for implementing and executing the security system of Casela Ltd through the risk assessment plan in terms of strength, deployment, security surveillance, security investigation, risk or hazard and protection to safeguard the physical wellbeing of its properties, staff members, and guests, achieving satisfaction for all concerned while adhering to the standards required Casela Limited.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Checks, inspects and monitors all guests and vehicles prior to entering and exiting the facility.
- Conducting bag search and inspection of any hand-carry belongings of guests and employees.
- Enforcing policies and procedures such as prohibition of deadly weapons, foods, and liquors as well as those under the influence of liquor and prohibited drugs.
- Ensuring that all gates are secured at all times.
- Monitoring CCTV equipment and reporting all elicit/suspicious activities.
- Fostering a positive work environment for all employees and resolve challenging guest and staff situations in a positive manner.
- Protecting and serving the guests and staff members while safeguarding company property and assets.
- Assisting guests and staff members with questions and problems, while enforcing park policies.
- Screening the guests via metal detection at the front of house with special emphasis on guest interaction
- Monitoring and enforcing adherence to Casela Ltd policies relating to dress code, restricted items, and other safety concerns.
- Conducting all businesses with a professional, courteous and friendly attitude toward both guests and staff members
- Proactively approach guests to offer assistance.
- Working on fixed security posts designed to monitor guest’s entry, queue, backstage positions and parking lots.
- Using and monitoring the Casela Premises through the use of a two-way radio.
- Patrolling Casela property on foot and or by vehicle.
CANDIDATE’S PROFILE :
Qualifications Required:
- Holder of atleast School Certificate.
Experience Required:
- At least one year of proven experience in security operations.
- Technical ability and knowledge on security systems i.e. CCTV, two-way radios, etc.
- Certifications on Safety and Security.
Key competences (Knowledge, Skills, Attitudes, Behaviours):
- Knowledge on firefighting equipment, CCTV operations, investigations, law enforcement, ride safety standards, occupational health and safety.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced Environment.
- Ability to exercise strict confidence in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to manage critical incidents successfully.
