The Yemen reserve located on the West of the island is now open to the public with a number of eco-touristic activities all grouped under the new name of Yemen Experience! By opening its vast estate of 3,400 hectares to visitors, Yemen Experience offers a one-of-a-kind, year-round premium experience wrapped in a stunning biodiversity that packs in plenty of fun, adventure and thrills for visitors of all ages and interests. This is also the ideal place for visitors to recharge their batteries by discovering a uniquely preserved nature through a series of activities respectful of the environment. The management of Yemen has recently embarked on a project, aimed at promoting the wealth of this nature reserve.
If the Yemen reserve remains the largest hunting ground in Mauritius, where hunting has been their main activity for quite some time, it now features an array of experiences accessible to the public. From solo to family adventures, business seminars to eco-touristic exploration, the Yemen Experience has something for everyone.
The Yemen Experience is a new chapter for the reserve who managed to preserve its heritage and richness while offering a unique experience. Ride, Walk, Explore, Celebrate, Stay, Team-Up, Think, Hunt or Meat, these experiences have been designed to deepen your connection with nature and are accessible upon reservations on their website.

Yemen Pavilion
The hunting camp of the reserve has undergone a complete facelift and is now known as the Yemen Pavillon. The building, whose modernity blends harmoniously with the authenticity and preserved surroundings of the area, has transformed into a magnificent venue for receptions, business meetings, seminars and other team building activities. The Yemen Pavillon is also the starting point for other activities proposed on site such as hiking or electro-bike, aimed at raising awareness on the preservation of the environment.
Yemen Pavillon also displays modern spaces, which can accommodate over 400 people. It includes a central bar and a fully-equipped kitchen. Today, the Yemen Pavilion stretches over four-hectares within an extraordinary setting, making it a reference site on the west coast.
