Sales Specialist – Academic and Executive Training

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join Medine group I Education

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospecting New Leads: Utilise various methods such as phone calls, networking, events, and online platforms to identify and engage potential customers interested in Academic and Executive training programs.
  • Building Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide tailored training solutions.
  • Sales Presentation: Conduct sales presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our training programs, effectively communicating value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Managing Recruitment Agents: Coordinate with recruitment agents to ensure alignment with sales objectives, provide necessary training and support, and monitor performance to optimize results.
  • Participating in Education Fairs: Represent the company at education fairs and other relevant events to promote training programs, interact with attendees, and generate leads.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Lead negotiations with clients to finalize agreements, overcome objections, and secure commitments for training engagements.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track progress against targets, and generate regular reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing Sales Strategies: develop innovative sales strategies, identify market opportunities, and adapt tactics to meet changing demands.

 Candidate’s Profile

  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to effectively prospect, qualify leads, and close deals, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence decision-makers.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships with clients, recruitment agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Presentation Skills: Confident and engaging presentation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and generate insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adjust strategies and tactics in response to market changes and customer feedback.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the academic and executive training industry, including key trends, competitors, and market dynamics, is advantageous.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management or Marketing, Sales or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or training sector.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
