Sales Assistant (SPARC)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The Sales Assistant is in charge of reaching and exceeding performance sales indicators for SPARC, such as membership sales, renewals, upselling fitness classes, handling bookings, and personal training sessions.
  • Identify and prospect new leads and opportunities both in person and through various communication channels.
  • Assist in implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Promote and explain SPARC’s services, membership sales, upselling of fitness classes, and training sessions.
  • Build strong and lasting relationship with existing customer and potential clients to understand their preferences and requirements.
  • Welcome visitors and members of SPARC, answer phones and assist the front desk with various administrative tasks
  • Handle members’ and customer’s inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Hold at least Higher School Certificate or any other relevant field.
  • Proven experience in the sports and fitness industry would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent sales and persuasive skills
  • Dynamic and have a can-do attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and carry out assignments within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good computer proficiency
