Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Control and supervise of the use, repair and replacement of all tools, vehicles, maintenance
    supplies and in-house construction materials.
  • Responsible for preparing for on-site visits by inspectors. Works with contractors to meet
    requirements and communicates with others regarding pending visits.
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting and progress updates of maintenance work orders and
    projects on a regular basis.
  • Schedule work activities effectively to optimize efficiency and productivity. Communicate with
    all departments in the creation and implementation of work orders and act as the main point
    of communication between the Maintenance staff and the departments in the park.
  • Direct and oversee the functioning of all areas involving maintenance of physical facilities and
    related functions.
  • Responsible to co-ordinate for the approval, clearance, renewal as regards to maintenance
    requirements from the statutory bodies as requested.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure that expenses are within budget control and if not budgeted
    and approved by GM you will need to keep record.
  • Ability to supervise a variety of personnel actions and direct a work force to ensure the facility
    is maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
  • Ensure that maintenance staff are adequately trained, equipped, and motivated so that the
    maintenance program can be accomplished in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
  • Execute any other cognate duties as may be necessary as required by the employer.

Candidate’s Profile:

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in the field of maintenance Management role.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical
    systems.
  • Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
  • Considerable knowledge of electric motors, generators, pumps, pressure systems, water
    systems, and other equipment and systems of the maintenance trades.
  • Considerable knowledge of the principles of mechanical equipment design and fabrication
