We are recruiting Graphic Designers to join our business units. The selected candidates will deliver multimedia, branding, and graphic design projects to support overall branding and communications strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
Graphic Design:
- Work closely with the Head of Business Units and the group’s Brand & Creative Lead to implement creative concepts.
- Design effective, creative, and innovative content for printed and digital media, including videos and animations.
- Help to ensure brand consistency across all platforms, including signage, printed collateral, and online.
- Provide branding and image tools, including logos, images, and video, to relevant audiences.
- Develop charts, graphs, illustrations, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, flyers, annual reports, and other artwork for both digital and print.
- Work with a range of media and keep up to date with emerging technologies.
Brand Alignment
- Adhere to Brand Guidelines: Ensure all designs strictly follow the company’s established brand standards, including typography, colour schemes, logos, and imagery.
- Consistency Across Platforms: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all digital and print mediums, ensuring brand integrity in every touchpoint.
- Enhance Visual Identity: Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s look and feel by proposing innovative design elements aligned with emerging trends and audience feedback.
- Collaborate for Cohesion: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure all materials reflect a unified and professional brand image.
Graphic Design and AI
- Leverage AI Tools: Utilise AI-powered design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Sensei) to streamline workflows, generate templates, and enhance creative efficiency.
- Data-Driven Design: Use AI analytics to understand audience preferences and tailor designs that resonate with specific target demographics.
- Automation of Repetitive Tasks: Implement AI to automate tasks such as resizing, colour adjustments, and file formatting, freeing time for high-level creative work.
- Innovation Through AI: Explore AI-generated design elements (e.g., textures, patterns, layouts) to experiment with new creative possibilities while maintaining brand identity.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum education requirements
- A degree in design, Fine Arts or any related field.
Minimum experience requirements
- 2-4 years of working experience.
- Agency experience and a track record in motion design/graphic design.
Required skill
- Excellent knowledge of computerised graphic design, preferably InDesign, Photoshop, CAD and Publisher.
- Knowledge of video editing/animation.
- Creative flair
- Sound knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital/social media.
- Excellent project management, time management, and communication skills.
- An analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- An ability to work flexibly, independently and to tight deadlines.
