The Demand Generation Specialist will focus on creating, implementing, and optimizing campaigns to generate quality leads and drive customer acquisition. This role is responsible for aligning strategies across digital marketing channels, leveraging analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to increase engagement, brand awareness, and ultimately, revenue growth. The selected candidate will be using HubSpot as CRM to generate leads and deploy nurturing strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities
Generation of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Develop and implement demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, social media, PPC, SEO) aimed at driving quality leads and moving prospects through the marketing funnel.
- Manage and optimize local and international campaigns across digital channels to increase reach and engagement.
- Create and execute continuous lead nurturing programs to engage prospects throughout their buyer journey and drive conversions into the sales funnel.
Sales Pipeline Collaboration
- Actively participate in sales pipeline meetings to gather insights on marketing qualified lead (MQL) to sales accepted lead (SAL) transitions.
- Address pipeline progression challenges to support efficient lead and account movement through the funnel.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand marketing and sales funnels, target audiences, and buyer journeys.
- Ensure campaigns, content, and messaging are aligned with sales objectives and resonate with prospects.
Performance Measurement & Analysis
- Develop Measurement Models: Design and implement measurement frameworks that capture the impact of various channels and touchpoints, providing revenue-driver insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Analyse Campaign Data and Optimize Performance: Regularly analyse campaign data and performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Use insights to optimize and maximize ROI.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including Creative, Product Marketing Management (PMM), Front-End Development (FED), Data Science, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Sales, and channel teams to develop and execute integrated, multichannel, always-on programs.
- Work closely with the group’s different Business Units and stakeholders to support business activities according to set KPIs and Goals.
Minimum experience requirements
- Knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub is a key skill
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience of using Ads Manager, Facebook Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, AgoraPulse, and other tools, would be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus).
