Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as a Receptionist: greeting the visitors with appropriate body language and direct them to the right location
- Product knowledge – Needs to understand the surrounding of activity sites, timings, restrictions (Dos & Don’ts) to be able to provide accurate information concerning the activities of the park
- Assist customers in finding the adequate activities for them and inform them about special conditions of the day
- Needs to understand all procedures being applied during operations – Lost & Found, Complaint Book, collecting TO vouchers, Visitors’ Pass, wheelchair logbook
- Resolve customer queries and guest disputes with tact and in a diplomatic consistent manner as developed by management
- Act as a Reservation Agent: attend to phone calls and all queries received by email
- Confirm bookings, issue booking statements, follow up of payments for individual bookings, issue Function Sheets where applicable
- Take active part in upselling initiatives at all time
- Familiarise with all equipment, documents and procedures – POS, credit card machine, juice payment, Boca tickets, thermal rolls, credit card rolls, map, Void/ Refund/Return sheet
- Multi-tasking and able to handle till, sell activities, handle customer requests and guests’ complaints
- Carry out FOC and TO reconciliation and preparing the Daily Bulletin.
Any other cognate duties as may be necessary in the circumstances and/or required by the employer.
Candidate’s Profile:
- Hold at least a Higher School Certificate
- Proven experience in customer service
- Be tactful and patient
- Able to communicate clearly and willing to help others
- Flexible and diplomatic when dealing with demanding and unreasonable guests
- Aptitude for numbers and good at handling cash and accounting machines
- Have some basic conflict resolution skills
- Strong Communication Skills (English and French is a must)
- Able to work with limited supervision
