Communication and Graphic Specialist

We are looking for a Communication and Graphic Specialist to join Medine group I Shared Services

The Communications and Graphic Specialist will play a key role in shaping and communicating Medine Group’s brand identity and will be responsible for creating and executing internal and external communication strategies, while also producing high-quality graphic designs that align with the Group’s vision.

The role requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver messages
effectively across multiple platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities

Communications

  • Develop and implement internal communication strategies that promote Medine values and employer brand, foster engagement
    and clear information flow among employees.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for newsletters, social media, website, and other communication channels.
  • Plan and coordinate key internal events and ensure adequate coverage
  • Collaborate with different business units within Medine to support their communication needs among their respective staff, ensuring
    alignment with shared services communications.

Graphic Design

  • Master adequate tools to design visually appealing materials for internal communications, including brochures, presentations, and
    emailers, in line with Medine’s brand guidelines.
  • Create graphics for events, and other group initiatives, ensuring that all visuals effectively represent the Group’s values.
  • Create motion graphics & animations and manage multiple design & video projects simultaneously
  • Maintain the consistency of Medine’s visual identity at all times, ensuring the brand is represented accurately and attractively.
  • Develop infographics, charts, and visual aids that communicate complex information in an accessible manner.
  • Work alongside the marketing and communication teams to develop communications materials.
  • Manage a repository of creative assets, including design templates, photos, and videos.
  • Stay updated on design and video trends and contribute with innovative ideas.

Minimum experience requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-4 years relevant experience.

Required skills

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and ability to maintain visual consistency.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
