We are looking for a Centre Manager to join Medine group I Property

Job summary

The Centre Manager is responsible for the overall management, direction and coordination of all Centre operations and strategy. The Centre Manager will be in charge of Cascavelle Shopping Mall (and its extension) and will be responsible for the top line growth and Centre profitability, people management and development, and enhancement of the Centre’s brand image and position in the market.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Overseeing the daily operations of the shopping centre, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to all regulations.

Tenant Relations

  • Fostering strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

Tenancy & Lease Management     

  • Lease management, debtor’s management, fixed and CPI reviews.

Marketing & Promotions 

  • Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to attract new visitors and retain existing customers. Organize innovative/creative events to improve CSM attractivity

Financial Management    

  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and lease agreements to ensure the centre’s profitability.

Maintenance & Safety     

  • Ensuring the centre is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.

Community Engagement 

  • Building and maintaining strong ties with the local community to enhance the centre’s reputation and involvement.

Minimum experience requirements            

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a senior management role; leading and managing multiple teams in a shopping Centre or retail mall.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • Excellent commercial awareness and retail knowledge.
  • Ability to work during weekend days.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Skilful complaints handling (tenants and shoppers).
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
  • Creative marketing and promotional skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
