In this role, you will:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food in the restaurant.
- Maintain food service facilities and equipment in a sanitary condition.
- Assist cook as directed.
- Ensure all food is prepared fresh and is of the highest quality.
- Responsible for mise-en-place, and food service for station.
- Cleans work area
What we’re looking for in a candidate:
- Proven experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
- Team spirit.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of sanitation requirements in food preparation and storage.
- Holder of a Food handle certificate will be an advantage.
