- Provide exceptional customer service to customers, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and resolve their issues promptly and professionally.
- Receive the visitors and direct them to the right location.
- Greet customers entering establishment.
- Answer customers’ questions and provide factual information on procedures or policies.
- Provide accurate information concerning the activities of the park.
- Settle complaints with tact and diplomacy.
- Manage reservation database.
- Process all reservation requests from customers effectively.
- Provide clerical support to the reservation staff as and when require.

- Hold at least a Higher School Certificate
- Experience in reservations and reception department will be an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for numbers and good at handling cash and accounting machines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are recruiting a Customer Service Representative to be part of Casela Nature Parks
