The purpose of this survey is to obtain feedback from the Shared Services functions’ internal clients. These include Medine’s Business Units as well as the group’s various Shared Services teams. (Example - Finance receives services from IT, HR, etc.)
Please note that the objective is to obtain feedback about the service provided. The focus is NOT on who says what. By providing honest feedback, you will help us improve the Shared Services that Medine provides and ensure that we work better and more closely together, as a single organization.
