Tulawaka Gold Coaster : new thrilling activity by Casela
If you are passionate about thrills, you will be served! Summer tobogganing has been added to Casela’s numerous activities. The Tulawaka Gold Coaster is inspired by the gold mines of Tanzania and promises to seduce young and old. This new attraction will be open to the public from March 31 and is included in the entrance ticket. Rates remain the same; Rs 450 for an adult ticket and Rs 250 for a child ticket between 3 and 12 years old.
Designed on the same principle as the winter toboggan, The Tulawaka Gold Coaster runs on a 760-meter long track including banked turns, ground movements, waves, tendrils and vertiginous descents ... All sleds are two-seater but the activity can be practiced solo or in tandem.
We let ourselves slide with happiness and we vibrate to the rhythm of the racing sled while controlling the speed with the integrated brake, for a few minutes of sensational descent. The more cautious ones can control their own speed and enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the west coast during the descent. The total investment of the Tulawaka Gold Coaster is more than 40 million rupees.
The Tulawaka Gold Coaster has also received the TUV certification, which stands for Technischer Überwachungsverein, the French Technical Inspection Association, which works to validate / certify products of all types to protect the environment and human health.
Oumesh Rummun, Senior Operations Manager of Casela explains that, « Several security measures have been put in place by our teams; starting with an explanatory briefing on the operation and handling of the sled. The sleds move at 45 km / h and each user can hit the track at his/her own pace while admiring the panoramic view of the west coast! »
